A few Months ago I decided top purchase NovAge DayShield SPF 50 UVA/PA++++ as a replacement for my Yves Rocher Sun Protection that has been with me for a while. Since the nearest, Yves Rocher store was officially closed last month, and they do not have any stock for this sun protection products at any store in Jakarta. I decided to switch to NovAge.
This Sun Protection also came in a very compact size. In which basically I love it so much. It Has a very light texture, non-greasy, non-sticky. However, I’m not sure if it’s waterproof.
It Has SPF 50 and also contains ingredients that help to slow down the ageing sign.
Here’s the formula descriptions came in the leaflet inside the box
- Brand Spectrum UV Filters The high SPF protection is achieved through the UVA and UVB Filters that help to protect skin from harmful rays. UVA Rays are the main contributors to skin premature ageing and PA ++++ is the highest level of UVA protection available to help prevent uneven skin tone, dark spots and wrinkles appearing and becoming deeper.
- Pollution Protect Technology – Helps to minimize the negative impact of environmental aggressors such as pollutions. This technology works like a second skin, forming an ultra-fine film on the surface of the skin that shields it from the surrounding environment.
- Anti Ageing & Moisturizing – The cream is infused with actives to give moisture back to the skin to protect the skin from dehydration. Additionally, it contains Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant to help protect the skin from free radicals, a major skin ageing factors.
I get to notice my face is brighter, and have more glow. not that I’m trying to brag about this product but I seriously like it. The light feels after I apply it to my skin helps me to put on my make up easily and still I don’t feel like I’m using layers of cream.
If you wonder about any side effect, I personally did not experience any but a nice glowy look.
