Stir Fry Mushroom

Plant based food not necessarily have to be all raw and tasteless.

This round, I made this light meal, just to fill my craving for some stir fry food.

Lettuce / Caisim / Pak Choy ~ any green will do

The sauce :

Teriyaki

Soy sauce

Himalayan salt

Pepper

Mix all together with the sliced carrots and mushroom, then cook until both mushrooms and carrots become soft. But not to soft as in overcooked.

And then put it on top of the raw greens.

As simple as that

Xx
