Kurumi Handy Vacuum Review

Mama mama…ibu ibu… mau sharing sejenak kegembiraan aku tuh sejak Lebaran.

So jadi, ketika Lebaran 2019 kemarin , mbak Kesayangan kan akhirnya mengundurkan diri tuh karena mau urus keluarganya yang jauh di Bali (halamakkk enak bener)… dan seperti biasanya, aku yang ga super super banget staminanya ni..tumbang karena FLU.

Singkat cerita, sudah minum obat, istirahat, ganti obat, ganti dokter ko masih juga ga sembuh sembuh toh? Curigalah aku dengan debu dan tungau di kamar. Memang di BSD jujur ya, debunya parah banget. Apalagi daerah sekitarku tuh lagi akftif produktif ngebangun. Dan setelah dipikir pikir, aku sudah lebih dari 3 bulan ga panggil tukang Vacuum kerumah. Sayang sekali, pas ku hubungi, mereka FULL BOOKED sampai seminggu. Sementara, sleep deprive sudah parah banget karena batuk kering ga enak.

Google-lah aku nyari Vacuum rumahan yang ga mahal mahal menggila bikin menggeliat. Ketemu si Kurumi Indonesia ini. Dan kayaknya temenku juga pernah review ini di IG STORYNYA.

Pertama aku cari di Shoppee dan Toped, harga sama semua sih meski ada yang lebih mahal sampai 1 jeti. Sayangnya kalau melalui dua portal itu, so pasti aku kena tambaha ongkir dan plus plus lama nunggu. Atau kena ongkos Grab Send/ GoSend. Aduh, meski harga cukup masuk akal, budget rumahpun harus dipelototin ya, secara abis lebaran. Mayan tifiiiiss.

Akhirnya di Toped, ada salah satu toko yang lokasinya ternyata deket rumah dan READY STOCK sisss. Tepatnya di Baby WISE SHOP depan EKA HOSPITAL BSD. Gercep dong aku tuh, karena jujur ya, bukan aku sok sok-an gimana, dua minggu ngabisin liburan karena batuk tuh ga banget loh ngesellinnya.

Akhirnya sampai Toko yang cuma 10 menit dari rumah, aku dibantu purchase oleh Staffnya yang oke banget gercep juga Harga ga dimahalin, karena mereka adalah DISTRIBUTOR RESMI Kurumi Indonesia.

Oke, jadi apa sih keunggulan si KURUMI INI?

Kurumi itu Vacuum Handy untuk menyedot debu, tungau, parasit kecil yang banyak bersarang di matras bayi, tempat tidur, sofa, gorden sekalipun loh. Yang gatel gatel kita suka ga tau kenapa.

3. Mudah Dibersihkan

Penggunaan Hepa Filter dengan Kurumi Vacuum ini, aku sempat baca, disarankan untuk dilapisi dengan Tissue supaya menjaga “ketahanan” si saringan Filternya. Tapi sebenarnya untuk aku, karena yang di vacuum medianya banyak, jadi mudah saja aku mengganti lapisan filternya. Kontranya, kalau dilapis Tissue, mesin akan lebih cepat panas. Pro-nya, selain seru aja lihat betapa kotornya dan hasil kerja Kurumi yang memuaskan, ini bikin aku gampang bersihin si Filternya. Tinggal cuci kapnya, dan jemur sampai kering.

4. Ukuran yang Handy dan Harga yang MASUK AKAL

Aduuh, ini sih jujur ya, semenjak ada Kurumi, kita cukup ngirit jasa vacuum sih, masuk akal banget buat aku. Dengan harga dibawah 900rb, kita sudah dapat fasilitas vacuum yag bisa kita kerjain kapan aja. Sementara aku juga pernah sih, tau bahwa harga Vacuum tungau itu cukup mahal, bahkan ada yang sampai belasan Juta. HAMYSOOONG HAMBAAA.

Selain itu, ukuran Handy ini ngebantu aku untuk kerjain dimana aja. Sampai mobil pun aku vacuum pakai KURUMI. Ukurannya kecil dan mudah banget dipack. Nah ,katanya yang seri Dusty ROSE bahkan sampai ada TASnya sendiri. Hmm..ttapi Aku cukuplah pake tas yang seadanya. Heheheh…

Overall, kalau aku disuruh RATE produk ini, aku akan kasih nilai 9! Kok ga 10? Karena masih susah nyelip, moncongnya kurumi sulit untuk nyelip ke sekat sekat sofa dan jok mobil. Tapi selain itu, aku highly rekomen Mama mama apalagi yang punya bayi, untuk punya ini dirumah, Investment yang cukup lumayan buat aku ya.

Aku yang punya riwayat SINUS, HAKA Allergy, Suami Allergy, bener bener ngerasa setelah dua hari berturut turut Vacuum kamar sampai Gordyn pun, bikin tidur lebih pules.

When Jakarta Went BlackOut August 4th 2019

The Time I wrote this…its still dark in my area.

Live in BSD City, about 48minutes from South Jakarta, its Sunday August 4th 2019.

Well..yeah…its a massive black out.

Most of everyone i know are complaining through their FB, IG and the whatsapp.

Meanwhile, as usual, I did not fully realized that it has started 8 hours ago. Euhhh..

Meanwhile, back at Home, I actually enjoying this moment.

I need this more than anyone😂. A Peace, a quiet moment.

My thought was just…well, we have forced the earth and nature and the Power source for soooo many times and probably overuse them.

We have wasted resources from earth, and not ever considering, that “they” have their own capacity. And maybe, maybe today…they need to take some time off.

Or maybe, People in Jakarta and My area are in need of some quiet time. To reflect. That..it will not always party here. And that we have not value our “real life”. We value more the digital life, the social life existency over quality…just maybe.

The Positive take outs

•Less Spend

•Save energy

•Mind Body Reflects

• Save MONEY HONEY as everything are close out early.

So what am i doing now? Finally, i sit and write down throu my Phone. Enjoy the quietness, I have time to reflect and just enjoying this time with a glass full of Ice water. 😁

What I did? I Put Haka to sleep earlier, soothe him and sang Lullabies.

What will i do next? Probably ordering more Emergency Fan, cause im living with Two MALES that totally can not live without Air Con😁.

Remember to be gratefull in every situation. Darkness helps us to see and find peace within along with the silence.

How She Does It All?

Pasca Lebaran! Gubrak gubrak jenng jeng jeng..ahey!

Hi,

Senang banget hari ini aku bisa balik nulis lagi. After 8 months??

Ceritanya I’ve been focusing my self a lot learning And Studying Pilates. And Long story short, yes I Have left my work as Group X Instructor.

And….anyway, this June, aku menjadi Pekerja Paruh Waktu yang dimana tetep belajar, Pilates, tambahannya Social Media consulting dan Agency yang dikelola sama sama temen kuliahku. Sambil terus terima PO Susu Almond Homemade (cobain yuukks) .

Awalnya semangat bingiits, sampai akhirnya Si Mbak Kadek yang cukup Lehendarys itu, pergi tanpa kabar. Wa gila sih macem LDRan abis.

Then how?? Gimana caranya gue tetep kerja, sambil ngangon si Haka yang beranjak gede ya, masak, ngepel, dan sebagainya.

Jujur, setelah kira kira 1,5 bulan, aku baru nemu polanya yang ngeKlik setelah berhari – hari sakit akibat stress di PehApe-in si Mbak, plus harus tetep kerja yah.

Jadilah setelah seminggu pasca Lebaran, aku singsingkan lengan, betat betat otot dengan pekerjaan rumah.

Apa sih sehari hari pekerjaan dirumahku itu? Atau what are my main house chores?

1. Bersihinin 2 kamar tidur itu pasti

2. Sapu dan Pel, nah ini minimum ya 2x shari. Entah gimana ya, debu itu banyak banget, dan lately baru ngeh bahwa ya bukan rumahku yang kotor (blagu..) tapi ya memang debu itu dibawa oleh angin dan udara (syedih..)

3. Nyuci baju, jemur

4. Masak

5. Ngangon Haka.

6. Nyuci Piring.

Ya elaah, gitu aja ya?

Ya iya sih kali gitu aja…ditambah sama kerjaan men. Yang meskipun sekarang banyak aku kerjain dirumah, pas senggang. Tapi tetep aja loh, cukup bikin tepar dan kalang kabut.

Akhirnya, si ayah bilang…dibawa santai ajaah.

Oke beklah…meski awal awal pake nyinyir semilir …ye iyee, pan gue yang beberes, situ mah nyante ajeee.

Tapi akhirnya aku berhasil scheduling semua untuk dijalanin.

Apa sih yang dilakuin?

No 1…Boong kalau aku buat Plan and follow the exact plan. Yang Jujur. I did plan my weeks. Hari Minggu, aku akan note apa aja kerjaan dan meeting serta appointment yang harus aku lakukan, termasuk plan jaga Haka, mau makan apa. Namanya juga niat, pas hari H, rada melenceng dikit gitu. But yes, please plan!

No.2 Koordinasi sama Nyokap dan Suami untuk jaga Anak. Nah ini aku mesti bersyukur juga. Semenjak Freelancing, aku bisa prioritasin mana dulu yang aku kerjain atau datengin. Of course tidak berarti aku leha leha males malesan ya. Tapi semua disesuaikan juga dengan kesanggupan si Ayah atau Nyokap untuk jaga Haka.

No.3 Lupakan Sejenak Menu Makanan Idaman Suami! Go Food dan paling bener..atau ke warteg kalau bener bener pingin makan rumahan. Masak pun aku simple banget, paling tumis tumisan, goreng tempe, atau ayam buat Haka sama ayahnya. Nah tips lagi ni, invest di Slow Cooker. Karena dengan punya Slow Cooker, kita tinggal celup, tidur, nyajiin besoknya. Dan slow cooker bisa masak apa aja, ga meski Sup supan.

No. 4 Bangun Pagi!

Ahey banget. Ini badan sudah otomatis kebangun pukul 4 bu ibuk. Ga tau lagi juga harus diapaain. Nah tapi keuntungannya, aku masih tetap punya jam “waras”. Masih bisa baca buku, surfing the Net, buka sosmed, lanjut bikin sarapan sambil nunggu cucian di mesin cuci. Nyiram taman, aduuuh enak bener deh pokoknya bangun pagi tuh. Warasss

No. 5 REST kapan pun bisa.

Jujur ni, aku ketiduran pas nyetrika. Dikala harus buka email, aku pilih tidur sebentar dulu. Demi recharge badan. Dan ga mesti tidur sih, kadang duduk depan TV nonton KUWTK juga sesi me time banget. Dari yang super kepikiran kerjaan terus, aku jadi restless.

No. 6 Give yourself a Reward.

Panggil tukang Pijit kalau buat aku ni. Udah. Itu doang! Paling bener.

Trus olahraganya kapan Britt??

Dengan semua kegiatan itu, dari yang setiap hari bisa ke Studio atau ke Taman buat Workout, aku cuma bisa lakuin maksimal 45min dirumah. Dan itu lebih dari cukup bikin otot ku cekot cekot.

But I Must. Aku sih tau banget, badanku tidak akan berfungsi benar kalau tidak Olahraga.

Workoutnya ngapain?

Pilates, H.I.I.T, even Yoga. Dan pastinya, pagi, aku ajak Haka jalan kaki keliling komplek sebentar kalau ga da client atau kelas. Itupun lumayan rasanya.

Lantas, gimana buat mama mama yang fulltime job?

Ive been there! For 9years!

We got to negotiate, and prioritize. Stress banget jujur. Aku ga akan bilang mudah. Tapi we can work on it. Akan ada yang harus dikorbankan. Entah itu konsentrasi atau dedikasi kerja, Me Time, social time atau bahkan waktu bersama anak dengan menitip mereka sementara pada orang tua atau kerabat.

Jangan takut Minta Bantuan, dan kalau belum dapat, coba siasati dengan berbagai Plan

Memang drama ART itu luar biasa, hanya aku sudah lelyaahh ngikutinnya. Kita bersyukur saja yuk, sudah ada Go-Clean, Go-Food, Go- auto, waahh…..dan segala fasilitas itulah. Semangat aja yah selalu. Pasti ada jalan.

Dibalik semua ini, yang aku syukurin adalah, aku memilih menjadi Freelance di momen dimana “Home Is Calling”. Padahal…jadi Freelance itu pun tetep harus yaa, kejar bola toh. Dan ga berarti jam kerja lo santai juga. Ok, sekian dulu curhat kerjaan yess.

Ibu ibuk, adek adek yang ditinggal mbak’e juga…sekedar berbagi kegilaan yang aku alami juga yah. Aku jujur aja sih ga mungkin ngaku “hidup gue baek baek aja” pasca lebaran.

Iv’e been noticing that Hair Loss Therapy Post is the top post being read and viewed.

Here’s a second post on my second purchase. Fact : This was the last stock they had. Turned out, they only sell 10 stocks, and it sold out really fast

I have my hair permed earlier this month, and my problem is pretty serious this time.. Thou i experienced huge improvement on my first purchase, i seriously curious will this time it helps me stop my hair from falling due to the permed condition.

But i will do a another journal and review after this post.

I just want to share you, what you will get and how to use these ampule.

As i have mentioned before, the packaging mentioned that its better to repeat the theraphy two to three times a year. I my self, will try again for 1 month and see if it does make a better result.

One box you’ll receive 4 Small Ampules.

One Ampule is for ONE WEEK application. Apply it every two days. I prefer night time, and normally i’d wrap my hair until morning so my scalp could absorb it better. I Hope:)

You can just follow the White Stripes guide for one time application. Make sure you keep the plastik cap, and cover the lid after use.

What you will notice maybe, in a week, less hair falls. It happened on my first purchase. And i have more volume in it.

Another thing you might wanna do, in between two days is applying ALOE Vera Gel (make sure it The Purest), to your scalp or the problem area. I noticed a big different already using aloe vera gel every night.

Do you need to buy extra stock for this ampule? Yes. Because you need to repeat the therapy somehow, so why not. Since in Jakarta, it sold out most of the time.

Another suggestion to help you reducing hair falls is to always apply conditioner. Especially if you’re hair went thru many processed such as permed, smoothing, coloured or bleached.

I will choose my own music, my own program, wear the best comfortable workout gear, and have fun for my self. I really don’t think about other thing or people when my headphones are on. The music drives me to my challenge. The sweat that comes after, will be the best stress release point for me.

We told our kids, get off from the couch and go play. Now can we tell yourself that?

  • with A Dance Video in YouTube, or Just dance to your own Tune. I’ll go with “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” or “Can’t Stop This Feeling”
  • JOG outside for 5minutes or until you’re feeling warm enough

lower body Exercise 5 minutes

  • Squats in full range for 3 rounds
  • Lunges in full range – Alt R&L for 3 Rounds
  • Each Round try to do a full range, 12x

Upper Body Exercise 5 minutes

  • Wall Push Ups for Beginner 12times for 3 rounds
  • Bicep Curl with Water Bottle or a 5lbs dumbells. 12times repeat for 3 rounds

Vegan Body Facts You Probably Know Already

Most people i met have the impression that vegans and plant-based eaters are too thin, weak, frail or look sickly.

This is far from true. Vegans are much more likely to be fitter and trimmer than non vegans, that’s probably where the idea of skinny sickly came from. But vegan athletes abound and excel in the sports world. Some of our greatest athletes have followed a completely plant-based diet. Have you check Serena Williams?

Vegan does do a body good and your physique wont suffer from the new way of eating. It will almost certainly improve.

Vegan Diets provide nutritional benefits in abundance. If you could do some research, you’d know that the amount of protein in Red Beans are most likely the same as red mead but Red beans contain 0 cholesterol and more or healthy vitamins and iron.

This translates into a body that is a lean, mean, vegan machine. Vegan diets are lower in Fat than other Kinds of vegetarian and animal based diets. Plant foods are rich in fibers and often lower in calories, which assist in weight loss. The evidence exists that, due to their low-fat and high carbohydrate diet, vegans have higher metabolic rates than people who consume animal based foods.

A higher Metabolic rate means

you’re burning calories faster, which is good for weigh loss.

i feel better. my skin is never been this healthier, I’ve been sick free for almost 6 months. When i normally being sick While having my PMS. That will include a chronic Sinusitis and Cramps.

This which i believe, because plant based diet is full of fiber that help flush out toxins, keep foods digesting properly.

I could run faster, i could rest better and my digestion, oh well what can i say, way way better.

This i write, without any judgement to non vegans. It’s just something i want people to understand that veganism does a body good. And its very worth to keep on doing.

Change Your Behaviour, To Change Your Body

Behavioural Change.

That would be my answer to everyone who came to me, asked me how to lose weight, how to be in shape.

First, I won’t respond much if there are people ask me, how to have six pack. Because that should not be a guarantee of someone’s fitness level.

Being fit, with an ideal BMI and ideal shape is actually start with a self-discipline.  What do you want? For how long do you want to be in shape, in good health. How bad do you want to influence the other people around you?

Because being healthy and fit has a ripple effect. If someones succeed in losing their weight and shape their body, people will want their method. But in another case, if it doesn’t work, people will just not buying ANYTHING about diet or fitness. And that is sad.

My work is open to the public. Noticed by the public, by people. Those who came to my class would want results, those who trained with me, demand result. But my focus is one.

To change their mindset about FIT and change their behaviour in life.

You can’t always be fit, be in shape, why? We will face some obstacles such as, sickness, injured, family problems, work problems that lead us to stress. Why didi say that? Because that is just simply the truth about life that I won’t hide nor promise those who follow me, won’t face that.

So what exactly that behavioural changes?

Do you remember your New Years resolutions? Do you keep track on that? Have you experienced obstacles up until today, the 6th month of the year? Will you keep up? If something did not work, would you change your technique and method?

So you see, making a lasting change in behaviour is rarely a simple process and usually involves a substantial commitment of time, effort, and emotion.

Stage 1: Are you ready to change? 

Where you are right now? Measuring your body weights, your measurements, knowing your body fat percentage and take note on your goal is a one step to change already. Before you set goals like I’ve posted before in Understand Our Body before Our Diet, you need to study yourself, consult your current condition to the expert. Once you get your numbers, percentages, start setting your goal.  But it must be a realistic one.

Example, if currently, your BodyFat percentage is 20-23%, don’t target or set it to 5% as it will make you an underweight – unhealthy person. A 15% for the next 3-6 months is a realistic one.

The next thing is, before you take the change, start focus ON YOURSELF. No other people. I Mean, don’t compare yourself to those Athletes, Fitness Models or Celebs you follow on Instagram. Not even a friend who might be doing the change for them self. It a reminder that you need to always remember. Yourself. Because seriously, when the obstacles come, the least you want to to is giving up after comparing your result to someone else’s.

Stage 2: Start Planning and Take Action

Either you book online personal training sessions, or you sign up a gym membership, buying a fitness app, you need to be set a plan for at least a month. Short term plan is better than long-term plan – sometimes. Why? In the middle of your fitness journey, you will adapt, and change, and you will want to keep changing. You don’t want to be flat and stagnant. Be open for any type of exercises, workout. Review your method and diets. But before all of that, planning for a short term is good. Now, it doesn’t mean you have to change your PT every month, no, stay committed. But open to ideas and some adjustments.

Take action.

Example, early this year, I set my self, to run 3 times a week. I Set my Google Calendar, and it constantly reminds me every day. When I did not feel like running, like it or not I will still have to run 3 times a week. So that means, I might have to change my schedule. I want to run, so the first thing I did was, SET MY SCHEDULE. And follow it. Its the integrity that I’m willing to commit to.

Step 3: Commit!

Commitment is way more important than extra supplements or dozens of superfoods you take to create a healthy change.

With Commitment, you will manage your self to explore new things, dare to train hard, dare to try more than just one specific workout. You will hungry for knowledge, more training and easy meal prep without breaking your bank. The key is to have the habit change to commit to a healthier lifestyle.

You will change your TV time late night with an early bedtime. Your window shopping time to jog around the neighbourhood. Your sugar with molasses or stevia. Your hamburger to a pure lean meat or veggie burger with natural salt. Your morning coffee to a quick 20 minute HIIT workout. 

The bottom line, being FIT and in shape is more than just the eye. It’s about your mind and self-discipline. Its way more about long-term adaptations. You need to change the behaviour and set your mind for a change. It will take you 1 month to begin these 3 steps. To commit for a month is an awesome job already. Imagine months and year living a healthy life.

 

A Day in Novotel Resort Bogor

It was actually the second time we went there, only the first time we attempted to stay there, our book was canceled without any notification from the agent. That sucks ha?

This time, after we learned from the unpleasant experience, i make sure our reservation is being paid, confirmed by the hotel before we arrive.

Once we arrived there, there were some long queue at the check in counter. And i was like…O..O…not again. It was two days before Ied Fitri, but since we’ve confirmed our room, i’m pretty sure we can just go straight and check in without waiting. I mean, that’s how a 4 – 5 stars hotel been doing right?

Luckily, a staff pull us to the Instant Check In counter and got us our room! So voila! We checked in!

The room we stayed in was a Standard Room with A King Size bed. The room size is pretty big for a standard type. It so spacious and fully furnish with wooden furnitures and flooring.

Novotel Bogor promotes the Eco Friendly environment for their design. The building it self has an ethnic design, open air, yet so clean and refreshing. It is an old building, but did not look scary at all. You know what i mean.

The staffs are great. They greet the guests all the time, they ask for feedbacks. Overall, i have no complain for the service.

The Food somehow was not that nice, it is just ok. Thou i wont complain about the taste, because i have a very plain tongue, but i can say, its just ok.

As a mom, why i chose this hotel is just simply because i’m an outdoor freak. I’ve been staying in city hotels and still not a big fan even if its a 5 stars one. This kind of hotel – resort ,is a place to go if you have a very active kid like mine.

Novotel has many outdoor activity space, such as playgrounds, basketball court, Volley Court, Child Indoor Play Ground. They offer Bicycle rent , and i saw a horse riding sign as well thou i did not see any horse.
