Kisah Sirkumsisi Fimosis Anak Bujang

Helloow, It’s been too long banget terakhir aku nulis soal KURUMI di tahun 2019 lalu! Kok bisa begitu? Seperti tidak ada niat sekali aku membuat blog yah.

Tapi sesungguhnya, banyak hal yang sudah terlewati di 2019 yang memang kurang memotivasi aku untuk berbagi info, review dan sebagainya.

Lack of confidence, lack of motivations and many things:) Anyway,, kali ini aku mau share soal perjalanan sirkumsisi Haka dengan kondisi Fimosis.

Salah satu alasan kenapa akhirnya aku mau menulis ini adalah karena semasa persiapan operasi, aku cukup kesulitan mendapat informasi dan review soal proses sunat fimosis ini di google. Agak down karena aku mikir, apa jangan – jangan yang ngalamin itu dikit?

Semua dimulai dari 2019 ada keluhan dari Haka sebanyak 2kali. Ketika berkemih, kemaluannya mulai ngilu atau sakit katanya. Dan sebenarnya Haka sudah terdeteksi fimosis semenjak bayi dulu. Ketauannya karena penisnya merah. Dan menurut DSA nya pada saat itu, Haka memiliki suatu kondisi yang disebut FIMOSIS.

Namun saat itu aku ga tega aja nyunat Haka bayi, jadi aku giat bersihin penis Haka selepas pipis. Ya 9 tahun berlalu, Haka pastinya sudah besar kan. Jadi dia yang tanggung jawab sendiri akan kebersihan tubuhnya.

Tapi salahku, dia ga aku bimbing.

Akhirnya awal January aku langsung cari Dr. Spesialis Bedah anak di Eka Hospital.  Ini aku putuskan karena RSnya terdekat dari rumah. Ketemulah Dr. B.R.M Sarsono Sp.B /Sp.B A .

Beliau rupanya satu satunya Spesialis bedah Anak disitu, dan jadwal beliau praktek hanya 3 Kali seminggu dan hanya 1 jam slotnya.  Jadi kalau mau booking ke beliau, booking jauh jauh hari ya, jangan harap on the spot bisa dapat slot.

Ketika Dr. Sarsono exam Haka, beliau menyarankan untuk segera dilakukan tindakan SUNAT yang Konventional masuknya ya. Bukan laser bukan klam. Yakni Bedah Kecil. Saat itu aku masih ga paham, tapi aku manut. Karena ini yang terbaik buat si Haka. Dan pastinya, aku mau prosedur yang paling AMAN! Dr. Sarsono juga menjelaskan berbagai prosedur Sunat yang makin modern, hanya saja untuk kondisi seperti Haka yang Fimosis, sunat modern tidak memungkinkan.

Sebenarnya kenapa begitu?

Karena tahapnya. Haka harus “dikelet” kulit di kulupnya lalu ditarik dan dijahit layaknya sunat.-Pada saat itu, aku sama sekali ga punya gambaran. Googling dan cari cari artikel yang jelaspun ga ketemu yang detail. Buka YouTube – Ga beraniii nontonnya. Akhirnya aku pasrah aja sambil nyiapin mental dan kondisi Haka.Apa aja sih yang harus dipersiapkan?

1. Tanggal dan rencana Rawat. Ini sudah pasti sih, pre – admission bagi yang punya Asuransi pasti paham banget prosesnya. Disini kita siapin tanggal yang ditawarkan dokter dan kita pilih di haris Kamis, 30 January. Hal ini juga berpengaruh ke jadwal masuk sekolah Haka yang lagi aktif aktifnya Ulangan Harian. Kita berharap Haka ga perlu juga terlalu lama bolos ataupun dibebani dengan PR/ Susulan.

 

2. Biaya!Untuk Tindakan Haka di Eka Hospital, masuknya jenis Bedah Kecil dan terhitung sebagai One Day Care (ODC) .Untuk beberapa perhitungan ,,ODC itu lebih mahal ya. Kisaran harga di Eka Hospital bermula di 14jutaan. Rinciannya bisa tanya sendiri ke RS. Ini Belum termasuk persiapan Operasi yakni Photo Thorax dan Cek darah + Biaya Konsul untuk Rujukan Tindakan Operasi dari Spesialis Anak.Yes…semua harus dicek dan ditoleransi oleh Spesialis Anak

3. Siapkan Celana Khitan!Alias celana Batok. Dan make sure punya sarung ya. Karena kenyataannya si Haka menolak pake Batok karena begitu keluar Ruang Op. Dia kesakitan

4. Mentaldan Fisik anak dan ortu.Hal ini karena 3hari berturut turut kita bolak balik RS untuk cek semua persyaratan Operasi. Test lab, thorax dan Konsul Spa. Kondisi ortupun wajib Fit. Karena menunggu dan menjaga pasca operasi itu takes a whole lot of energy.-PascaOperasiHeres the truth yang Haka approve aku untuk share.

Apa beda sunat fimosis dengan sunat biasa? Kenyataanya,pada saat 10hari merawat luka Haka. Penis Fimosis yang disunat itu ibarat mengalami rekonstruksi. Habis habisan, jadi please mom, kalau anaknya nangis, jangan sampai kita bentak atau omelin. Janganpun kita sampai bilang…kamu sudah besar, masa nangis?Y ou have no idea how they felt. Haka shock berat akupun begitu. Simply karena melihat luka terbuka yang bener bener “kacau”

Merawatnya gimana?

Cukup bersihkan dengan air bersih diperas dari kain kasa. Tidak ada sentuhan sama sekali ya si penis dengan kasa apalagi kapas. Please jangan! Karena “koreng” ini sedang memproduksi jaringan seperti lendir dan “sariawan’ kelihatannya. Dan itu harus selalu steril. Rutin dikasih salep yang diresepkan dokter. Please juga jangan maksa pake Petroleum Jelly. Karena salep ini bersifat antibiotik juga.

Berapa Lama sih Luka pulih?

Luka pulih sepenuhnya kurang lebih 10 hari. Tergantung juga sama gizi anak ya. Aku perhatikan kalau Haka makannya lagi bagus, tiba tiba progres tumbuhnya jaringan kulit langsunv kebut semalam. Entah sih apa kaitannya, tapi aku percaya,

GIZI itu terpenting!-

Sebaiknya YES. Karena resiko infeksi dan kesulitan berkemih anak yang jadi menderita karenanya. Terlepas dari tradisi, Sunat itu sebenarnya baik.Xx

8 Years of Motherhood

Here I present you, the award from myself to myself as a mother.

So cheesy am I right?

But i seriously think, this year, I should also reward myself for trying and trying. For another study, another hustle. Another work.

You too! If you are a mom, this award goes to you too. The annual excellent award. To reward your hard works, your tears, your sweats, and all that jazz.

All we want is just the very best for our children, sometimes we forgot ourself. That is why I posted earlier, how important it is to take care of yourself first.

I was almost or maybe I was really sick i could not stand. And when i went to the clinic, my son looked so worry. He hates seeing me sick, cause he knows, he will be by himself doing all of the things.

But you know what, thats ok right? Its ok to not cook for a day, to just rest or sleep throu the day to fully rest your body and mind. Because if Mom is sick, Most probably the boat is sink-ing (pun intended)😂

So yeah, 25 October 2018 marks the 8 years of MY Motherhood. and more years to come with….I have no idea. All i care now is I sleep well, I eat well, I work well, and…Shop well to take care my self well!

Motherhood came without manual, day offs, or salary. But to that, I should thank my son for making me smarter and better everyday at something. And I can honestly speak, I love every second being a mother to my son. I wont trade it with anything else. Dont get me wrong, i’d love to have another one.

So my speech for this award would be

I thank my husband for making me a mother (ddooooh😂) and My son for choosing me as your mom.

Fun Place to Visit #1

Kali ini, aku mau mulai mulai nambahin review tempat hang out atau snacking yang cukup ok di daerah BSD ya.

Pertama tama, perlu diketahui sekali, kalau aku, Haka suka banget sama ICE CREAM. Dan meskipun seharunya kita membatasi konsumsi produk susu sapi, tapi sungguh ya, namanya ICE CREAM, sulit ditahan. Dan apalagi saat ini, ada tempat jual ICE CREAM yang oke banget persis di depan perumahan ku.

Lalu kenapa aku memutuskan untuk mereview, karena harus banget ni cobain salah satu menu uniknya yang jujur baru aku temuin sekali ini loh. Rasa favorite aku itu sebenarnya si COOKIE Monster, dan Haka sudah pasti Strawberry. Naaah ada lagi ni yang unik, namanya

This is a small cafe, place in the Business Area right across of our Housing. They have variants of flavours and one of my favourite is the cookie monster and Mint. But one flavour that you might have to try when you visit this place is THE BREAKFAST AT THE TiffanyDSC00145

 

Breakfast at Tiffany ini, kalau aku bilang base rasanya adalah Milky Vanilla ya, tapi…..terdapat potongan daging dong di ice creamnya sendiri. Aneh ga? Aneh emang kalau belum dicoba, Ice Cream pakai daging. But it was not that bad thou. Try it, you probably gonna like it.

Sajian kopi mereka juga betul betul not bad ya. First, i’m a big fan of ICE Cappuccino. But, somehow, ga semua barista paham “ngeracik” kopi dan susu yang enak supaya ga jadi kayak susu sapi dikasih kopi. Salah salah, bukan melek, aku bisa ngabisin waktu di toilet saking ga tahan susu sapi kebanyakan. But this place, they mix it really well. Rasa kopinya lebih kerasa daripada si susu. Ain’t bad at all.

They serve PASTAs, but to me, the taste is just average, but its enough. Not bad loh:) I tried their Carbonara. It was such a big portion for me. No complain! Untuk harga yang ga terlalu mahal, porsinya sih ga mengecewakan ya. Sayangnya aku ga da photo si Spaghetti for now.

Speaking about their interior, i love it. Meskipun dalam kondisi ramai, it still got the cozy chill out ambience. Music was not too loud, the barista speaks in low volume ( this is important!)

They also provides FREE WATER to drink in a glass made bottle. Big Bottle of course. Ini penting banget abis ice cream yang suka bikin haus.  Ya kan?

So Overall, its a nice place to visit. To chill out. Untuk sembari kerja atau cuma meeting meeting kecil.

Why we Run Healthy Habits in our Family and Why You Should Try too?

By now, you must have heard about people are starting to get busy with fitness, diets, superfoods!

I have my feed full of friends doing their workout or start side seeing a job in fitness. Well, it is not a new thing. Being fit should have been our first concern. Many of us have been living the sedentary lifestyle, not to blame the growth of culinary industry and malls full of cake shops here in Jakarta, or must i include…SUBURB. I saw these posts about super foods , vegan, plant based, gluten free. Kids activities, Gym, lots of things.

Meanwhile, in reality, I often see children were busy eating sweets and processed food. More often, junk food.

I highly understand and have no judgment to anyone out there who are still consuming those kind of food. And i honestly still eating it, maybe once a month or two months? For example, McDonalds. But yes, its once of every decades.

My husband is very supportive on my plant based meal and how i prep meals for the family. I prioritise veggies over meat, use spices and i don’t mind buying from the Chinese food restaurant. Yes, Chinese food are pack of veggies, fresh cooked, and taste great. My husband also restrict sausages, fries, nuggets consumption at home or for Haka’s lunch. And i highly respect that.

On how we manage our workout and staying fit is as important as our meal intake.

I workout 3 times a week minimum, and that’s outside of my regular teaching schedules which is 12 hours a week of YOGA. I run, and do lots of bodyweight functional workout. And i divide those activities and slip in to my breaks. As much as i can, i will move. 15 minutes is the minimum time.

 

While my husband , he workouts everyday and leave Saturday or Sunday to rest. But he will never skip it anywhere. Even during our holiday or trip, he would request me to find hotels that has gym in it. Swimming is not a workout for him. So yeah, GYM.

Now what about HAKA?

I have nothing to say, it is hard to keep him still. He runs, around the block, yep! The BLOCK. He play outside a lot, he do yoga with me. And its an everyday thing for him.

So what is exactly the point of this post?

As parents, and a professional, We need to stay fit, not because of our profession as fitness instructor. Well yeah of course that too. But as a parent to Haka, We both want to be a good role model to our family, our son. I do want to grow old looking good. Feeling good. Cause in a day, the things that i must complete, are basically tiring and requires fitness. Even when i was pregnant, i stay active. I chose to. I want to be able running around and play with my son. I have to be fit to be able to take care of my family, which i hope i can continue for a very long time. We want Haka to be able to maintain his healthy routine and grow up as an active and fit adult.

Me and Robin, came from a different health background but most of it…is fatal. My Late Father, died from heart attack. He Was 42. Yet, he was actually a runner, he did lots of marathon. Long run and Traditional Advance Yoga.

My father in law has his own history of diabetes, and that could land to our son. Both of it. Both Genes. So why risk it all by consuming bad food and live a sedentary life?

The best thing i could say about staying fit is just how it feels. How my skin looks, how my body feels, how i smell, and it really helps me with my bowel system and digestion.

There are so many reason for us as parents to stay fit and me as a mom, to run a healthy habits at home

  1. We are setting up a habit that our child can follow, to lead them into a healthier future
  2. Having a healthy lifestyle is actually saving lots of money. Frugal healthy living is so possible with many preparations, research and budgeting. Read this story
  3. Its an easy way to prevent sickness or even healing sickness. Try bone broth of veggie broth before any antibiotics or those immune booster.
  4. It is better to maintain, than healing or repair. Train your fitness now and everyday, so you don’t ever have to jump into a sudden high cost depressing diets.
  5. You will all be feeling better, happier, and your mood will eventually change into a better one.

I’m sure you all have may more reasons to stay fit and having it with your family. Find one and discuss it with you loved ones. Prepare your future and start doing it asap. Its just less than two weeks to 2018.
